If I lay my leg flat, slightly angled, I then can't move it afterwards as it feels like it's trying to dislocate, and I have to keep my leg straigh until I stand up :(

8mm should be the smallest you use but 10mm will be the 'lazy way' :)

Nope! Still installing the stupid engine. Got an ECU and everything on it is custom:( taking me ages!
Working on the blue one now though, race time!

Ahhh I thought the engine was in and running, didn't realise you had management for it. Race one will be a beast though

Want to put LED bulbs in my center speedo, any suggestions to mini friendly bulbs and bulb holders that'll fit?

-
HarveyT
Yeah they are the same ones I got! They look slightly blue when you fit them, but you can only really see them when its really dark. Having said that they do look quite good.

I might do this, the ones that are in there already are so dim!
Feb 06 2014 09:36 PM -

yeh the one i bought has no bulb holders, so i need to buy it all anyway, makes sense to put a nicer white LED in it's place

Floods getting worse out the back, looking at getting evacuated now pfft

-
RossKnight
Yep, followed your story mate, back in 2000, we properly flooded, here's a crappy aerial photo, http://www.farringdon.biz/parish/hall_files/ChaseLake.jpg we're the 4 top left that didn't get the brunt of it all, the 10 or whatever bottom right got knocked down because they were so bad. They have 4 houses on standby for us, but we know if we get evacuated this time, we probably won't be allowed back. Thanks for the kind words though

Love you x might just need to give it some more time then, as i managed to prise the plunger out a bit earlier, but couldn't get it back in, I couldn't get it back in using the clutch arm, might get some plusgas on it
Jan 30 2014 07:26 PM -
The Matt
Get some penetration fluid on it. WD40 works OK....but not the best. With the arm out, the plunger is free to turn, so you can wind the nuts on to each other as lock-nuts, then turn it with a big spanner to free it off. Plusgas is the bomb.

What was confusing me, I thought spinning the plunger, would have resulted in the bit where the ball end is supposed to sit, being turned too? and facing the wrong way or something
