I was expecting around £2500 if I was lucky, looking at the market. the body work is good but the floor pans are patchy so wouldn't expect more

Mini came back with a clean mot sheet, sorted my tax and just been out for a little drive :) Not running properly still but soo much fun! I forgot what it was like

Bearing done, lights adjusted, idling problem sorted. MOT retest tomorrow!

Guy comes by the workshop, Do you use pop rivets? No not really. Oh here you can have these... Leaves two boxes of 5000 pop rivets...

Ouch, that must of hurt. I sliced my index finger open last year with a circular saw, down into the bone. still can't move it properly and still has limited feeling in the finger too.

They wanted to charge me £50 to add on spotlights, whereas the exhaust was nothing, absolutely no sense

Well im with Elephant and the minis going to be put back on the road so needed a quote. Told they will refund me £80, plus give me an additional refund for classic car cover and an agreed valuation. Covering Echaust/Manifold changes, bucket seats, different interior, air filter, arches, alloys, adjustable suspension. Also exterior and interior changes. So will cost me around £500 all mods, 19 and a years no claims.
