Can't fault the supplier though. They are sending out the dearer correct ones for no extra charge and collecting the wrong ones at the same time. Should be back together and on the road tomorrow after i have got a wishbone for it

aha.. i sold an alpha by a woman ringing, asking if we take card and then saying she will have it.. came in 10 minutes later, gave the logbook a squiggle and drove off

Do they take into account the appeal period? So, if you appeal now, and it takes them 15 days to respond, will you have to pay £60 if they don't uphold your appeal?

they freeze the time, according to the letter until they respond and then it ticks on from then.
At the very least, it gives me a bit more time to get the money together!
