Have you tried classic mini parts for sale or swap on Facebook? Someone on there was selling 2 fronts red and black for 90 quid a while ago. Not sure if they ever sold or not.

I went out & bought my RSP within days of my last girlfriend leaving me. Got a new girlfriend and we do so much together in the mini now. Chin up, that's the spirit..

why is it that whenever i go to do anything bodywork related all i seem to do is spend an hour trying to take off rusted on nuts and bolts and when i do get it off i lose the bloody thing and spend 30 minutes finding it just to put it back on and call it a night

All part of the fun of owning a mini, put some grease on the bolts should help them to come off easier next time
