It's because everybody's asking too much for a pile of rot with the excuse that they can be worth a lot of money when they're restored.
While it is just a bucket of rust it isn't worth much at all.
I'm not saying that yours is a pile of worthlessness but there are some...

Your right HarrysMini. I think my asking price for my 1988 city is fair based on whats there (good engine, reasonable shell etc) but in the current market us sellers are just not getting any bites. Some may choose to sell for too little in desperation. That is their choice and good look to the buyers getting a bargain (I have been on that end). Due to the current market I'm offering my Mini at a fabulous price! I can't afford to offer it at a ridiculous price. So maybe I will ha...

Yeah I too am experiencing some difficulty- people were crawling all over my '83 original city at the London to Brighton last weekend at both ends, but it seems many are all talk and no proverbial trousers. I feel my car is also at a reasonable price Algordo- a great condition shell (best un-restored I've seen on its original sills) good reliability etc, but hoepfully the right buyer will come along. I do not want to sell for a meagre price as the car is my pride and joy and has had a...

Yeah been looking on ebay for a set. The 944 or 928 ones go for a bit cheaper but not by much :/ I've sat in my uncles old Boxster Targa years ago and I can vouch that they are super comfy

How did you find it? Spreadsheets is a peice of p*ss!! Just watch out for the fitting it all on to one sheet though. I had a question where they wanted it on one sheet but didn't specify if it should be legible unlike the other questions and they did put it there as a red herring. I've got PEIF left to do and I have to resit my AP1 & 2 :'(

Really? I found cash management quite easy but mind you that's compared to AP1 :/ They shouldn't ask you that many difficult ones but I wrote down a sheet of all the ones that I knew I'd need and read it at least 10 times a day for a week leading up to the exam :P That's a good incentive!!! :D Good luck!

Engine going together nicely with all new gaskets and seals, all torqued up and ready to go... Just got the already re-built cylinder head to clean now.
