Yeah definitely but I find walking locally is more interesting than a treadmill and completely free.

Cut out/down the stodgy carbs is a good one (bread, pasta, potatoes,) and eat lots of Turkey, fish and coloured veg. Cous Cous is a good one to fill you up too if you don't mind people calling you names :P

We charge time so I have to sit here to make sure we get to the total billable hours. The joys of being in the business of charging time.

I seam to be coming across this more and more often. I find someone breaking a car on ebay that has the parts I want. I contact them only for them to reply that they don't want the parts removed or they will not be able to move the car. A pallet with 4 caster wheels so you can put the bare shell on is not that complicated.

Guys need help. Had to replace the bolt on the back of the diff that holds the manifold downpipe, can't seem to find a replacement online. Can someone point me in the right direction please?

Is it one that passes through the diff side cover? http://www.minispares.com/product/Classic/Clutch/Fittings/DAM7755.aspx?0601&ReturnUrl=/shop/classic/Gearbox/Diffs.aspx|Back to shop

Finished putting the new oil in... Realised it generally helps if you put the sump bung back in beforehand.... :/

Not done it with oil but I have done it with coolant. My dad and I ended up getting his car back from a garage in parts. As we never disassembled it, we never thought that we may have to but a drain plug back in the radiator.
