My 2003 Mini Cooper is hesitating through every gear apart from first it goes all way up rev range in first gear but all other gears it hesitates between 2k and 3k rev mark. Once it gets to 50mph ish in any gear it doesn't go any faster. No engine management light on, some one PLEASEE HELP ME?

putting my mini through a Mot having cab/ running to rich has a standard 1990 carb. what needle to i need to make it run less rich was thinking AAV? thanks

Even simpler solution, depending upon if the carb has a nut (hs4) or a screw (hif38/44) just adjust the nut/screw a few flats/half a turn to lean off the mixture, pass the mot and then do the opposite to reset it back afterwards.

cheers guys found that the AAA Needle i had was damaged so will get a new AAA needle and a AAV needle just encase as well as dial the mixture down. thanks

I would say something about not being on here in a while but the reality is that I've been creeping on the for sale posts, really need to get the mini fund started...and find somewhere to sort it...and persuade my dad to help me...

Forget about uni haha, prioritise a mini. You tried looking for unit shares wherever in the country you are? I pay £92 a month for a shipping container though which sucks

My mac book is older than 2008. The charger is working but the pins in the connector on the end won't connect up to the laptop.
