Community Status Updates

My 2003 Mini Cooper is hesitating through every gear apart from first it goes all way up rev range in first gear but all other gears it hesitates between 2k and 3k rev mark. Once it gets to 50mph ish in any gear it doesn't go any faster. No engine management light on, some one PLEASEE HELP ME?
