Just did a quote for Admiral, and they want £1600-£1700 ish. :( I've had my licence for over 4 years, and it's 'clean' with no points ect. Cheapest so far is Aviva @ £855 including legal cover. Only need to insure it for one year SO I can, hopefully, turbo the mini with EDIS ECT.

i have a 998 clubman here in aus i am on red P's and only had my licence for 6 months and the insurance covers me for 8.5kAus$ and its 600Aus$ a year...

Penatrating fluid left to soak overnight and a lit of various screw drivers to best lever it out of the "cup". If the nylon cup decides it loves the knuckle joint too much and doesnt want to let it go, you'll have ti burn them out as a couple ;).
