1.2 8v in a Punto. Anyway, its using oil, which in the book says a small amount is normal, but doesn't define what is a small amount!

How much is it using though? My metro can burn 250ml if I rag it over the course of a week so just keep it topped up. It'd show you if it was going to go drastically wrong lol

0.5 litres in 2k miles. Seemed a lot for a modern engine.

Yeah if the paintwork is crap then I guess there isn't any benefit. I've seen some badly faded paintwork come back to life with some of these products. That said they were classic cars. So there was a need to try and save the paint

There's no way in hell the paintwork on my metro will ever be recoverable so I just wash it like a lazy sod with a sponge and some soapy water or go to the car wash up the road which has a soap dispensing pressure washer brush thing haha

Milwaukee do seem to be one of the best. Apparently The batteries are better too

Sounds like it was on it's last legs or there was something wrong with the rod. The Milwaukee guns are good

It was only a cheapish one, Techway I think. I was given it after the batteries were knackered (which I fixed). Oh well
