If there are a load of Mini freebies, do they become one big freebie?

Alex, I can weld them together and make a Big Mini Freebie if you want ? Although I suppose that would constitute as a BINI then :/ Bahhhh

Yeah, I've wanted a set of years and the last sent on ebay went over £500 so I'm happy.

Wondering if it was someone on here who just spied my mini on the A610 at Eastwood who was frantically pointing it out to his young children (blue Peugeot)??

That is not good L, you should really get serious with them. It's simply not good enough.

First it was just a dodgy loom. Replaced. Thought it would be sorted but no loads still not working. Had it back in and also replaced the headlight loom. Now clocks not working properly, rear fog light isn't working, dash lights are iffy but seem ok now, right indicator is off n on as it pleases and they've lost my locking wheel nut so can't do the brakes etc this weekend in readiness for riv run. Nothing major but this has been in the works over 3 months now so slightly annoyed.

Is it necessary to replace the split pin every time one has to loosen the castle nut?

Sweet :) Then I'll buy some tomorrow morning before tackling the job

That's a nice reminder, I reused mine and said I was going to replace it. Better buy some (I seem to have lost a big bag of them)

There are malleable so yes they can be reused if its not obviously fractured, so if you dont have one to hand then the one removed can be reused

Yeah! Everyone who knows the story is quite envious. From what I've heard he never drives it, except for shows and stuff/

Working on Lottie everyday after work. That when you know you're missing driving it. Nearly done though :)

A rather broad brush statement. However, how long ago did you contact them and which ones?

Sorry reading it back I realise I should of put more info... I'm looking at buying a 1275GT & I wanted to find some info on as its been off the road a while & the model on the v5 is blank. So I found the 1275gt register and contacted them. Was about a week ago now. I just wondered how long I should wait, as I haven't bought it yet and was hoping they could confirm its all genuine. I'm probably just being impatient because I'm excited :)

Looks that way! Did the other one get finished in the end? I don't remember seeing a conclusion.

Yeah it's on the road and back with it's owner now. The completed build thread is on the MK1 forum.
