3 weeks without the car (and counting) and I'm not missing it, in fact life's less stressful. Must be the extra alcohol as I'm bussing it to work!!

I'm planning to get the train to college in liverpool, from rainhill. The traffic in Liverpool is a joke at rush hour, then I would need to pay for parking. It would be far cheaper, and less stressful if I got the train. On the downside it involves walking. :(

Going for a finish as near standard as possible due to my sons age and insurance. However a braided line or two may sneak its way into the engine bay on clutch and brake master cylinders.

Is is really worth paying almost double the price of a 65 AMP alternator for a 70/75 amp version? I also planning on installing an 075 battery.

-
Fast Ivan
how many amps do you need?
Mar 07 2015 08:42 AM -
Anthony30
Halogen headlight conversion, and upgraded wiring with relays, and two 100w spotlights. I'm also upgrading the battery to 075.

It really upsets me that people in my office are such pigs! They leave rotten food in the fridge and dirty dishes in the sink every single day. It is disgusting

-
Vinay-RS
Yeah there is currently a discussion on the office whatsapp group (includes the bosses) to help come to a solution.

Vinay-RS
It appears a solution has been reached. If people leave dirty dishes in the sink they will be washed and locked away. If they leave dirty tupperware in the fridge they will be binned :)

Are there any parts of the car you're particularly worried about?
Mar 06 2015 10:51 AM -
matt050990
I know the hazard switch is very temperamental at best. The brakes aren't the sharpest of all but I think that's just because they are drums. I guess its just a chuck it in and see. MiniJosh92 is doing it for me so at least it someone who knows minis doing it.
