Only slight play in a bush and a tyre wall a bit worn, which i already knew about. Replacing all tyres soon anyway

Type 1. everyone needs some sugar to survive but an excess (and most people have more than enough in their diet) will eventually lead to damaged blood vessels about everywhere in your body this can lead to (and there are reported cases) blindness, kidney damage, liver failure, and even having to have limbs amputated. I can give myself more insulin to compensate but it doesn't really do anyone any good to keep doing this.

Had a bad week as it is and to top it off the minis brakes completely failed last night whilst I was out on my local mini run. Lucky wasn't doing any speed as engine started to struggle due to something leaking at the front of block, day at work then home to look at why mini went suddenly wrong :(

Given the timing of the engine running badly and the brakes going, isn't it just an issue with the servo / servo hose? ie servo hose splits or falls off, huge vacuum leak results causing rough running? Was the pedal hard to press with little braking, or did it go to the floor?
