Tis the Devils work - I've affectionately named the Mini "Gizmo" from the Gremlins - you can't get them wet (or feed them after midnight...)

Why are people always surprised when they find rust on a Mini LOL It was included as an unoptional extra on them from new...

If only someone had told me that beforehand. Besides it's not so much finding the rust... It's finding quite so much!!!

Yep. Lots more parts to buy. A bit daunting to be honest. Also sold me a 2wd cosworth intercooler. :) He will also be doing my cylinder head in a month or so. Doing it properly, no shortcuts.

i've just done mine :) i got a form sent from the government website and filled it out and had to send that and my plastic card off with it. I rang a few companies and the one i went with said that C1 and Full C was only £20 difference with them so chose that. Now i can drive any rigid vehicle on the road of any weight :)

I've just had that happy moment when you figure out how to build a really awkward shape in CAD only to be crushed moments later when you realise you still have s*** loads to do before the looming deadline.
