How can i test the fuel pump or tell if theres fuel getting to my engine ?

What a morning .....I have just tried to buy over the phone tickets for a Elvis Tribute act .....it was a bloody nightmare it was one of those atermated machines ..I had to press one for the money....two for the show ...three to get ready ..........

grown very lazy driving modern cars with abs esp ect. coming up to a roundabout in the mini today at a normal speed ended up locking up all 4 in the wet and stopped only just on the line by luck!

    I'm with rac but can't say I'm completally impressed. Used twice first time they took 4 days to get it back from Wales although we did have a courtesy car (which went in to limo mode!) second time they took 5 hours for a priority dangerous location (fast unlit country road and I had no lights.

    The heater is fitted before the thermostat. The thermostat might allow the water to hit 80 degrees before opening to allow the water to cool down in the radiator. If the water is at 60 degrees, its not circulating through the radiator but it will be going through the heater, if you're driving with the window open then the heater may be acting like a mini radiator and not allowing your engine to get up to temp.
