EMC is your best bet if you are pushed for time great bunch people and some lovely minis. But still come to halls place if you can too.

Ahhhh...getting an old one off is a bit trickier as the bolts going into the heal board can (and do) snap off without a gentle touch....or a blow torch!!!! Hope your not heavy handed.

Soak all the bolts in penetrating oil and use an impact wrench if you can get hold of one. Removing a sub frame isn't hard. Its refitting the new one if the bolts have sheared.

really bad rattly noise coming from new upper dash rail turns out to be........coins in the ashtray! WooHoo - nice easy fix.

Nice little red clubby pickup in Swindon today. Drove past and beeped and then remembered I wasn't in the Mini so felt a bit stupid.
