    Ahhhh...getting an old one off is a bit trickier as the bolts going into the heal board can (and do) snap off without a gentle touch....or a blow torch!!!! Hope your not heavy handed.

    Soak all the bolts in penetrating oil and use an impact wrench if you can get hold of one. Removing a sub frame isn't hard. Its refitting the new one if the bolts have sheared.
