Rear subframe finally off, relieved to say heel board not as rusty as feared (one small hole), shame i can say the same for the subframe itself :(

How thick are mini panels, like how thicker material should be used on patches?

External panels are 0.9mm thick. Heelboard is 1.2mm and toeboard. Front bulkhead cross member as well

no less that £1000 if your lucky but there is no such thing as a not very rusty mini that is cheap anymore. Even those that look ok can and will have heavy rot lurking
