Had a spare afternoon so stuck Bob the Cooper in the shade for some TLC. Interior leather clean and feed, dried out the carpets, patched up some rust (underside) and stone chips (bonnet), Checked over the engine, give it a bit of a clean up. And then spent hours polishing. Polished with the normal Autoglym Super resin polish, then my normal colour enriched polish by Turtle wax. Then came the protective was stage, Always used "Turtle wax"s Metalic car wax, been good but couldn't fi...

did 5 painful miles behind a salt sprayer :( i think i will be fed up of rust when i cut the front off the mini in june :/

Yip, did it to me this week, literally finished last section of polish and it started tinkling, got in the garage just before it hoyed it down! Need the sun for a good blast out

No what you mean I had a group a rally escort cosworth that was converted to rwd with 550 bhp that was monster I'll look through get some pics as I've got pics of that going round track even 2 wheels as hit the apex lol

I did nearly a complete lap of the M25 last weekend to collect a mini carpet set...most of it is under 50mph control & roadworks! Rubbish...!
