Left the mini in the underground, heated cctv controlled car park at work last night. She won't be happy when I go to pick her up and leave her on the cold windy drive again.

It's a car park for the company directors. Maybe they don't want to get cold when walking to their cars :-)

Just checked the MOT history on the red and its failed nearly every other MOT, and every MOT has a massive list of advisories. Eek! Finding it suspicious that the garage I bought it off, put it through a MOT and had no advisories what so ever, even though a week after I got it, I found a bald tyre and a few other issues. Suspecting some backhanding going on...

Fingers crossed, at least with minis, welding work aside, MOT fails are usually cheap and easy enough to do

True. Although my blue needs welding and can't find anyone to do it so its abandoned in my compound :( Red has just got a case of lopsidedness and passenger side is rubbing on the wheel...both are going through MOT. Eek.

If its an old car, then he should have taken more care of it and taken the proper measures to help protect it, if a car comes out of a garage worse than it went in, you defiantly have the grounds too!

Best thing you could do now is get a solicitors letter telling him to return your property to you in the condition you left it in or you will have no choice but to take him to court, if he's dodgy he will crap himself and you should get your car returned , it might cast £25 for advise and letter though

Got two flats, not sure if its the valves, slow puncture or the tyres? Pumped up last week, dead flat today. What to do?
