just went out for the first proper drive after 3 yr resto, got 2 random waves and a flash of the lights.doesnt happen in the daily :-)

any risk of the paint getting damaged when the car gets warm?

It's only the paint on the engine and manifold.it's high temp paint so it needs time to burn the smell away, then it will be fine
