There was a person in tiny Daihatsu, who was driving at 30 km/h along a road with no one in front of them... and then they decided to brake when they approached a turn, it was so frustrating.

You sure they were not just being cautious or not good in the rain. going around a corner in the wet, I would probably brake.

Perhaps. I suppose I should just accept it and go with the flow. Definitely would help.
