How thick are mini panels, like how thicker material should be used on patches?

External panels are 0.9mm thick. Heelboard is 1.2mm and toeboard. Front bulkhead cross member as well

Has anyone used a dremel? if so, what's it like? powerful enough to cut through metal? i'm looking to but one because i'm scared i'll go mad with an angle grinder!

Funny thing I used a dremel today to get into the smaller areas to be primered. Definitely handy to have but I did muller the wire cup and grinding discs etc... so not entirely practical.

One or two I think, it's inside the drivers footwell and there's only a couple of holes where moisture could get in!

No, however you can tune an auto engine. The gearbox will only take about 80BHP IIRC! And an auto gearbox rebuild is circa £1,000...

You have to be careful though the cam you use has enough torque where the converters stall speed is to pull away uphill ok

depends where.. i have one inside but not a seaed building and it started within a few weeks.. id only sanded rear quarter

Should the inline fuel filter have air in it? There seems to be no pressure in it past the fuel pump. :|
