Steering rack change is now due, getting tired of the front wheel steering itself and the horrible knocking i get. Should be to hard to fit without removing subframe... he says...

I'd still put a black one on though mate.. When you next take it off... :) Running well?
Apr 04 2012 01:10 PM -

Yeh i will for sure. Running sweet as a nut, little bit rich as its not setup properly yet but runs and pulls nicely. Theres a video on one of my recent topics of me accelerating to 50 off a roundabout, sounds pretty good.

Yehh. I had one of those on my 1380 and it lasted forever! but from the moment i used it the water temp was alot higher as they act as a thermal barrier between the block and head. Ordered a replacement copper one already but kinda wish i went for the Payden black one.

never understood what a megajolt does?
Mar 21 2012 12:15 PM -
jackmason
It replaces the distributor completely and allows me to adjust the timing extremely accurately using my laptop. It uses a coilpack and some other bits of the ignition system of a ford. There are some other functions of the megajolt but thats the main one.
