He thinks that even though he is in England and I am of a different culture to him, that women should be seen not heard and deserve no respect what so ever. Maybe in his culture that works fine and dandy for him. But respect is earned, if he respects me I will give him the same treatment however he has no respect from me even though I'm higher level staff and been with the company for 5 years (since 6th form..jeebus..)!!

I hate men like that, but im pretty much the same, if people respect me, I respect them back, if they don't, then I don't, simples.
