So much for powdercoating, my powdercoated pressed steel front grill is already bleeding rust.

Ive never been impressed with powder coat
when it chips the water sits behind it rusting

it has chipped though. I had the grill stripped, blasted, powder coated and then painted. but that still hasn't stopped it bleeding rust along all the edges and corners.
