Tomorrows job will be to remove the 1300 Countryman's engine, split it from the box and pull the crank. Put the crank into my 1300 Maestro engine and put that onto a rod change box. Then maybe get it back into the Countryman.

I've got plenty of 1275 cranks. Im just hoping the one in the Countryman is good enough that it won't need a grind. It's got to be split appart away so it's worth a look.

It'll be staying hydrolastic providing the displacer hold pressure or if I can find some others. I actually like the ride of a hydro Mini especially with front dampers and they're getting rare now.

Ahhh fair enough. It's difficult to get hydro repressurised here in NZ hence the change to cones.
