Feeling annoyed when people say they want something you have for sale then never show up and terminate all communication. A simple I've changed my mind would be nice.

Or turn up, fondle and leave there mucky finger prints all over it and then decide they don't want it and might 'reconsider' if still for sale in 6 months time.
If you aren't happy buying something second-hand, then feck off, open your wallet a bit wider and buy a new one.
