Hahaha! Petrol in a diesel car, woops!

    Be careful though. Petrol is a solvent where as diesel is a lubricant so any petrol that passes through the fuel system will start to corrode the rubber pipes as well as other parts. If you see white smoke coming through the exhaust, that is a very expensive fuel system going by the wayside.

    I realised before i started the engine, its all drained now and refilled with diesel. *thumbsup*

    yes because rubber hoses are well known not to be used on petrol cars
