scrap that, the new nylon cup split in two, so another hour to fix that...

To be fair this was the first front one I have done, and as such it tool a lot longer than it should of, I reckon i could do the other side in a lot less time now. Not a complicated job, just very, very fiddly!

I NEED HELP: I am in desperate need of some HS4 carb gaskets, I'm in the wantage/oxford area, if anyone could get some to me I would be eternally grateful, I will pay as well!!!!!

Note to self: Never change the windscreen seal ever again, worst job by far I have ever done, many hours, aches and pains later and its done, after breaking the tool and having to use a screwdriver!

Yep, we didnt have the tool to begin with so used a screwdriver. Took us 2-3 hours to do put about a foot of the locking strip in

the tools are rubbish,but i warm the rubber up ,with a heat gun which sofens it up, it made i so much easier, carefull though
