WOW. I would like to see some photos of that :(. Was it hidden filler or just really badly welded on?

No idea. We've packed it full of fibreglass for now, what can't be seen and all that... But I'd like to take the car off the road soon for a rebuild so I can put a new scuttle pannel in then.

The ballache is, I passed my test in may and havent been able to drive it yet, doubt I will until its re-built now. At least it'll be in much nicer condition...
