Quick Question; do all 16v engines have 'dual overhead camshafts'? Which means that every engine that has two intake and two exhaust valves would be said to have dual overhead cams?

Riight, okay. Thanks. And I presume that the cam in a mini engine isn't actually overhead?

nope, off to one side next to the crank, pushrods transfer the motion to the top of the cylinder heads where rockers move the valves up and down.
