basically what the turbo creates. its the pressure that is made when the turbo is span up. can be altered but i dont know how :P have a look on the turbo section

When the turbo spins, it sucks air and forces it down into the cylinders. The extra pressure that the turbo creates due to the forced air is measured, and is called boost.

it is a 'connecting rod' that connects the piston and crankshaft together, to keep it simples

They are good welders,British made, rebadged Butters I think. not enough info on the ratings though..
