What's the going rate for a 1275 engine these days? seen one for sale for £200, complete with gearbox etc, but hasn't been running for 4 years and isn't seized...was apparently running perfect before removal.

Around that price unfortunately mate. When buying an engine just assume that it will need a full rebuild.

Wahhh! £200 is cheap! Sure some people are selling them for close to twice as much as that, everyone is after 1275s atm.

yea, thought it was a decent sorta price, may go have a look at it, would be very nice if it was good enough for a straight swap :D
