It is Ben, he's the same guy who recently bought the Metro Moke thing on Ebay a short while ago, he showed me some pictures and I've never seen anything like it!

I'll be lucky to see £1200 for my car and it's one of 13 on the road and in near original condition with not much work needed as well as a full engine and box rebuild etc done so £700 is a decent offer imo

I don't think there's enough oil based hazardous liquids in human existence to remove the amount of underseal on the metro!!
Ben it's about 5mm think aftermarket stuff that's been put on over the top of the factory yellow cork underbody protection.

Yeah I know, at least so far it doesn't seem to have been hiding too many nasty's.
There's underseal stuck in my hair now, tried washing and scrubbing it but it's stuck to me!! Hahaha

No not really, just the basics really, I still have to drop the subframe (reason I drove it out tonight and put it in forwards),finish the welding and check over the subframe, and then get it galvanised like I did with the mini subframes.
