NOT SIGNED as I guarantee they will be future exemptions for driving tax exempt/historic cars, i.e. only to shows and not into towns centres etc.
if you really want free road tax, petition it to be scrapped and put on fuel duty instead.

no way! A 1991 Primera isn't a classic, nor is a 1991 E36 318i. Just encourages people to drive old bangers.
