when should i change my timing belt/chain ??

    Timing chain, and usually done when your doing engine work with it out the bay, it makes life easier. Most fit a duplex chain and you don't really have to worry about it again.

    yeah you do have to worry about it again. nowadays there are so many cheap and rubbishy chains out there they stretch and put the timing out. when you do change the timing chain, fit a duplex timing set, and make sure the chain is IWIS. only chain that is recommended. http://www.med-engineering.co.uk/catalogue/engine-assembly/pulleys-timing/superior-iwis-timing-chain remember to countersink the two bolts under the crankshaft gear. should be a guide on here.
