Feel for you, had it several times since 2001, although first time was the worst. Keep drinking lots of water, plenty of rest. Sorry if I sound like your dad :)

thanks, not great at drinking but will do! ha ha I get on really well with my dad so absolutely fine :) I feel for you having it a few times - I don't ever want this again!
