Engine service next week! should i just go standard service... or should i pull it all to bits whilst i still have the other car insured?

but its been so abused im worried! :P full service and a big bay clean up? then start saving for the stage 3 and get it all done then

Yeah may be a good idea then..:P. I'd not pull anything out to clean the bay up, you goin to be doin that when you put the head on it:). New filters, oil, belts if need be, maybe haul the water pump off to give it a check over?

Oil, Coolant, New Fan Belt, check the water pump, plugs, Fuel filter, oil filter, air filter, check the valve clearances, new thermostat.
