Been offered a 90% completed space frame mini project for 3 grand, is it worth it?

It has a ZZR 1100 engine with Sierra running gear, along with a full roll cage, new discs, calipers, tyres & 13" minilites. However, has no bodywork. Seem like good value?

yea i would say so , buy a shell that needs new floors sils e.t.c and drop over the top XD
