Hi, I'm in Didcot. I believe the Abingdon Mini club is still running but I'm not a member myself. Worth a Google. As for garages there are a few about again I think there is a list on here somewhere.

Cheers. I have spotted a couple of things on here but not much that is too current. I might see if Abingdon mini club still have a regular meet

Anyone know if you can replace the bolt on the front shock absorber mount? Or should I replace the whole mount?

Replace the whole mount. There will most likely be a lot of rust behind it that needs protecting.

Failed on ball joint and steering rack gaiters. But sorted now, so another 12 months on the road :)

Woke up to find some **** has broken the fuel cap and nicked a tank of petrol! Not a great start to Sunday

I doubt it, think they just got lucky. I was only visiting a friend for the night, supposedly safe part of town too. I'll probably report it but there isn't a lot that the police can do. At least it was just the fuel and not the car!

I know they can't do a lot but if you report it and they get other reports of fuel thieves, at least then they will investigate and can warn people to beware.
