There was a Woolworths and a wimpey. Its just funny seeing the 2 way highstreet,different road layouts and all the old pub's.
It was all filmed by a man driving a brand new Mk2 Fiesta with a mullet. Genius! They even drove past my old work which wasn't there plus he commentated on the 'new' sainsburys which was knocked down years ago and moved to different premises years before that. It's just weird and a real gem to find

People just don't take photos of, just, their own street scenes or something do they. We have to put people in it (unless we're on holiday). I wish I'd taken more photos of the places I used to hang out in in my teens. They're all gone now ...

Found another of the town carnival the same year which was good to see! Thing is, at the time, you think what's the point? It's not till 20-30 years later that you appreciate looking back. Good stuff!
