Is the fact my mini never needs to be choked to start/run in any condition you can name a hint that it could be running slightly to rich?

If it was me I wouldnt be worried unless fuel economy was bad - unfortunately I havent been on a long enough run to know if mine is better on the economy side or not yet. Im sure someone else with a bit more know how will have words of wisdom :-)

Mine did that. It was supposed to be at 3.5%. It ran at 9% when we put it on the gas tester. Oops...
