hmm i know, really really taking the p*** now. They have at least not started the work, not that itle be ready before xmas mind :/ just gunna have to sit it out. It is hell being car-less :/

Dear me! But how long are you going to sit it out for? You should set a time frame and if nothing has been started, I would get it out of there or start taking further action. Maybe ring trading standards? There advice line is useful and great advice. Not sure if you can email them now either but definitely worth your while if only to get some insight how you stand in case.

Yea, i think he works Monday and Tuesday and then is having a week off. He will have 2 more weeks after that until i do something. Yea may be worth thinking about...
