just ordered a whole leg of spanish serrano ham for the boss for his birthday - he really likes ham. £50 and it will be mouldy - madness i tell thee. oh well - anything for a quiet life.

Everywhere I have worked if you want something on your birthday you have to buy it and provide it for everyone else. Thank god I now work in a one man department. Department christmas party is a bit dull though.
