Do I wait for a few years for my mini or get one now? If I wait I will be driving my mums car - which will hopefully by then be a 63 plate new mini

Traveling for the right car isnt too much of an issue - mine was 200 miles away, £30 odd on the train later I was there - if the right one comes up its worth the train ticket to see it!

Definitely look for cars further away. You are really limiting what you find if you can't travel. It is very easy to jump on a train, if you do your homework before you leave, you could drive it away the same day to save on travelling costs too :)
