21ST august 2005 single day event at cornbury park oxfordshire, this will be my first mini event and i was wondering if anyone in the oxfordshire ara was going, this is a bit premature but thought i would ask.

MITP (is that the meet you're referring to?) was my first meet and introduction to mini show camping. I'm not far away from the area. MITP offers you these varied delights and more

The Forum had a stand at MITP last year, loads of us will go not just people from Oxfordshire. This is the biggest show of the year!

I think I will come along to this one, Im down in Hampshire so its not all that far to go really. Been to Fiesta In The Park before, dont know if it is at the same place but Im sure it will be a similar kind of thing.

Will be good to get to a show and meet everyone, and if the weather is nice........even better! BBQs and ice lollies, what a great way to spend a lazy August day!

I am waiting for MiniMag to get back in touch with price for me as a trader. If it's not that expensive then will be their with bonnets, bootlids, seats etc

If too expensive then will be their with the Mozzie :grin:

I LOVE the roads in that area, from Woodstock to Cornbury, some very fast roads, tight corners and nice coppers, less said about armed response coppers the better thou!

Afraid not; nor was I one of the happy campers pictured. But I know Huey had a good night because in the morning one of his spotlamps was all skew-whiff and there was a half full can of Guinness on his bonnet. :tongue:

I'll be there with Central - we're trying the camping out again this year as it looks as if it should have improved a little. (ie not take the toilets away at 6am..!!)
