But, I didn't roll it and it wasn't my fault

wasn't your fault... You were behind the wheel, you had all control, you went too fast, you crashed..

I was behind the wheel, I had control, I wasn't going to fast as the lady in-front turned off so had to slow down anyways.

Anyways, back to it.

Think about it, if you were going the correct speed for the conditions ( A perfectly dry day) then you wouldn't of ended in a ditch would you?
