it was a very good run even though we did get wet. but at least we had a working heater now so we could warm up after the fireworks.
but once again i have a passenger footwell full of water still dont know where its coming from.
see you all next sunday.
Had the same problem mate Checked door seal all ok, checked sunroof not brilliant but couldn't justify 1/2 in of water in footwell lifted carpets monday morning found big dent/hole in floor pan yay! another job to sort.
Also a VERY BIG THANK YOU to phoebe for a jump start in the middle of nowhere!!!!!

I dont have a clue where the water is coming from in mine, all the door seals are good and the window rubbers are good, i guess there must be a hole somewhere lol. its the same in the boot too

i found the best way is to sit in the car while its raining or get someone to put a hosepipe on the car and you can usually see where its getting in, mine was coming through the airvents and checkstrap gaskets by the door hinges, i also had another leak that came through the bulkhead where a rubber grommet was missing, it then trickled down into the drivers footwell, you will have to do some detective work ash

Simon was getting a bit fed up with them damn B roads!!
Glad we had a big and little torch. One was handy for him to look at the road signs out of the window and the other for me to map read - i thought i did a good job really!!
