hi everyone
Whilst attempting to reattch my radius arms on my rear subframe, I came across a problem with the bolts for the bracket.
I assume the bolts screw into nuts which are welded onto the inside on the subframe, but the weld must have sheared when tightening, now resulting in the nut and bolt just turning round in the hole!
if anyone could help me out with a solution i would be very grateful
thanks. mark

i have had a similar problem one of the bolts in my NEW subframe just turned but wouldnt come out in the end i had to cut it off with a hacksaw and rethread it to M 8 thats about the only thing i can sugest to you is to do the same if you can and fit a new locking nut if the welded one is also loose

i had same problem as well on one of the bolts on mine i drilled right trough the other side of the sub frame and put a bolt through from the other side used a round headed bolt with a screw head type top thing if that makes sense not sure if that was the right thing to do be seamed the easiest solution i could think of with out a tap set
